Soak for about 10 minutes, then strain, wait for it cool and drink. This tea should be consumed fresh in small quantities, several times a day.
2. Toasted watermelon seeds
Watermelon seeds can also be eaten as a snack or added to salads, yogurt or soup. To make them taste better, the seeds can be toasted. Place them on a baking tray in the oven, and roast for 15 minutes at 160ºC or 320ºF.
